Dr. Steven Rafalowsky is the chief optometrist at his practice in Marlborough, CT. Dr. Rafalowsky received his BA in Biology from Boston University and Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry. He received additional training as a resident at the Newington VA Hospital.
Dr. Rafalowsky is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Connecticut Association of Optometrists, a member of the Marlborough Lions Club and a consultant for the State of Connecticut Public Health Department.
